This is the perfect spot for a special evening out with a loved one. My husband took me to the Griswold Inn on our first date. Very special memories and the food and atmosphere is perfect even on a cold wintry day.

This is centrally located near the square. You can have lun or dinner here in this historic inn. Lunch prices are reasonable and there are homemade choices. You can also stay here.

Pros: irreplacable museum quality art collection Cons: Don't expect tv's in the rooms of this traditional inn, try the taproom instead
